You bought D ring from China suppliers, but when you received the goods, you found that the D ring is not the exact same what you need. What's happen? You may think that you meet cheater.

I think many buyers have the same experiences. I am supplier in China, many customers of mine told me that their previous suppliers sent wrong goods or bad quality goods to them, and then they had to find other suppliers in China. Most of them felt that they was cheated the suppliers.

Maybe some of the suppliers were with very bad service, but I do not think that all them are cheater. The mainly reason is misunderstanding and bad communication I think.

As everyone know, there are various type and size D ring. The D ring can be made of iron, stainless steel, Zinc alloy. It can be made any size and be plated to any color if you need. Different material, size, color and weight(very important), different price.

We received many inquiries on D ring, and they just told us that they need D ring without any details. We asked for details, and most of them replies just the size and color without weight. Without material and weight, we can not count the exact price. Most time we gave the customers the quotation with the material, size, color and weight of our products, but the customers replied us that our price is higher than other offer and they decide to buy from other suppliers. And we asked customers what the weight based on? Very regret that we did not get any reply.

After several days, the customers found us again and told me that the goods from other supplier is very bad and want to buy from my company.

When you buy the D ring or other products such as rectangle ring, o ring and sliding, you must send the all the details you want. Such as material, width, height, wire diameter, weight and color. Because, the suppliers can make the same size, color with same material, but the weight are different, so the quality is different. Most time, you also need to the suppliers the usage of D ring. If you use for dog collar, and you do not tell the suppliers, so the suppliers do not and they suggest you common products. If the price are accepted, you will do business with them. But the D ring is not exact the same you need. This is bad communication. In fact, if used for dog collar, you must choose stainless steel zinc alloy D ring, or iron welded ring with large wire diameter and large weight.

Beside the size, material and weight, D ring has may types, such as round wire D ring, flat  D ring, welded D ring, screw D ring. So when you buy D ring, you should send all the details to the suppliers, and after checking the details, it would be better to get the samples to test.
